Hello
Do you think if you take away stress, anxiety etc out of your life it will reduce your T?

Keep busy and happy with little stress etc and maybe you wont notice your T to the point its as if its not there? Is this possible!

As bad as this sounds if i could get to that level id be happy!

What are your thoughts?

I tend to think coffee and salt make mine worse

It's definitely possible, cause I currently am in that stage :)
Stress, loud noises, caffeine (coffee, cola), alcohol and salt worsen T, whereas a good night sleep, and overal good physical condition (go running or swimming etc.) reduce it. When I got it (acoustic trauma at a music festival), I used to hear it all day long for weeks on end, untill I implemented these lifestylechanges together with some natural supplements (ginkgo biloba, anti-oxidants and befact forte (B vitamin complex)). Gradually it became better, and now it's so quiet that i'm only aware of it a couple of times a day and when i go to sleep, unless i had a bit too much to drink the other night, in which case it's worse again for a couple of days, but then it dies down again, even almost gone sometimes.
And believe me, I had it bad in the beginning (4 months ago). Half deaf in the left hear, and heard the T through almost everything.
The thing is, don't trigger it, especially not in the beginning. Keep away from anyplace where there's too much noise, don't drink alcohol (damages natural repair systems), get a lot of sleep...

Good luck, and remember, we only have to live with it untill a real cure is found in the near future, so make it the best you can in the meantime ;)
